      Not sure what you mean by “regular”, but different grips will alter what part of your back you are emphasizing/targeting more of when training!💪

    Hunter, I'm just getting back into weight training, and I've forgotten so many things. Is a set one complete exercise three times? So if I do 12 hip thrusts rest and repeat, then go again twice more I've completed a set. I hope that makes sense ❤

      Hi hi!☺️ okay, i’ll break it down real simple for you! 👇🏼 • Sets - how many times you repeat the given number of reps. • Reps - how many times you repeat the exercise in one set. So for example, 3 sets of 12 would be doing 12 reps 3 times in total, with each 12 reps having a rest break in between! So the set would go: Set 1: 12 reps Rest Set 2: 12 reps Rest Set 3: 12 reps Rest/Done! Hope that helps!😁

      If you have a band you can do wide grip pulldowns! Just put the band over the top of your door and close the door shut to hold it in place. If you don’t have that you can do a bent over wide grip dumbbell row! Not entirely the same, but you’ll get that wider position worked through💪 You could also just skip them entirely or replace them with another back exercise you enjoy!

    Hi Hunter! I'm new to your channel and LOVING the glute content. Question- what shoes are you wearing in your videos? I'm assuming they are best for lower body training.

      Hi!☺️ The shoes I have on are Nike epicreact flyknits but a really old version that I find comfortable. Not really a fan of the current versions out there. If you are looking for shoes to train in on leg days you want to look for a flat foot shoe, such as Nike Metcons or nobulls for a more pricey option and Converses for a more cost effective version. If you have a wider front foot, get the wide version for the converses. You basically just don’t want anything with high heel padding where it puts your foot at a downward slope. This usually means to try and avoid running shoes, but its not the end of the world if you do train in them. Everyone feels comfortable differently. I also will take my shoes off a lot and just go sock to really grip the ground lol There are tons of other shoe options out there with flat bottoms though so it would be good to look around for a pair that feels most comfortable to you!
